Last update: 20 Aug 2025At Soulful Camper, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. While our gear is designed to be simple, functional, and soulful, we know that sometimes things don’t go to plan. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

3. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
4. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
- Email us at hello@soulfulcamper.com with your order details including your order number, photos of the product and packaging and a short description of the issue.
- Our team will confirm the next steps (replacement, refund, or return).
- If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
5. Return Shipping

In most cases, we don’t ask you to send faulty items back. If your product is damaged or not working as it should, we’ll usually send you a replacement and you can keep, recycle, or responsibly dispose of the original.

If we do need an item returned for quality control purposes, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
